Pricing is calculated automatically from distance, vehicle type, cargo weight, and trip timing. Each carrier sets their own rates, and we display them in a comparison list before you book — no hidden fees.
We monitor confirmation and arrival times. If the carrier exceeds the agreed threshold, you receive a partial automatic refund. If they cancel after confirmation, we refund you in full and suggest an alternate carrier.
All shipments are automatically insured up to SAR 10,000. For higher-value cargo you can buy extra coverage before confirmation — it appears as an option on the review page.
